I think 215lbs would be great!
You will love the strength increases from 195-215 no doubt (even though this is not your goal, i know!) . There seems to be a nice difference in strength being over 210 or so for myself.
I dont think 215lbs is to big, then again when i weighed 250lbs i thought about making a run to 260+ but i stopped solely for future health concerns.
