The best thing about the climb was how it's changed my attitude. When I go indoor climbing now, I no longer get half-way up a challenging wall, think it's too hard, then come down again. You can't do that on a cliff face, so why would you do it on a climbing wall?

Agreed. But that doesn't mean I don't do it sometimes.

I look at the indoor walls as places to push it that I would never do outside (yet).
