Today the scale was up 1/2#, but still a good overall down trend (I knew it'd bounce a little bit!). Karate last night was nice and sweaty - all sparring... a few bruises but no major injuries so that's good

. DH got mad / frustrated sparring me... he hasn't done it for a while (he only came back to martial arts a few months ago) and I've been doing it steadily for years... his answer was to hit and kick harder - bleh. I just kept laughing at him - not trying to be mean, but his anger unbalanced him (that's a reference from some stupid movie - I forget which one).
Today I finally lifted again - first time since June 11!
Stage 5 1A (supersetted)
1 arm DB snatch: 3x4 @ 35# (4 on each side). I had thought I'd go up, but... nope!
DB single-leg RDL: 1x4 of 2x40#'s, 2x4 @ 2x
45#'s
Bbell bent row: 3x4 @ 110#
DB single-arm overhead squat: 3x4 of 25#/12# - just can NOT seem to increase these!
DB incline bench press: 1x4 of 2x40#'s, 2x4 @ 2x
45#'s -- hardest part is lifting them from my knees!

BW Matrix: 2:52, 2:35 - bleh.
