Tim mentioned the sitting back thing to me once too, I'm going to ask him about this on Saturday.
My problem on the bench is just shirt related, its hard to get the bar down, so i compromise my elbows(not under the bar enough) when coming down, and can't flick them back under on the way up. Something like that haha, anyway I end up pressing the bar forwards, rather than back towards my head like I should, thats what happens every single time I fuck up a bench press.
My bench set-up is okay, but something to work on there keeping tighter.
I'm pretty good with form, and Tim who I train with is a top lifter over here, with probably some of the best technique around, so I get good advice too!
