I was 96-97 kilos the day before weigh in for my last meet I weighed in at 88.9kg, so i had room to spare.

My plan is this:
get to 105-106kg or so and compete (may or may not cut weight, whats the point if no WR ) smash big prs.

then ill diet to 90kg over the course of a couple months while maintaining/gaining some strength.

then the 3 months prior to nationals next year ill slowly bulk up to right around 97-98kg, cut weight, compete at 90kg.

That way im doing my hardest training while in a calorie surplus.. makes sense in my head lol.
