Although it would be cool to do what that guy does, drop 11kgs for a meet! Apparently hes back up to 97kgs a few days after!!! This guy has a national squat record of 305kg @ 90kg, so maybe there is something to this...

Look up matt K over at elitefts. He does this all the time. 20+ lbs. Guys over at marunde's board does water loading, and then dehydration before meets to make weight.
