ARRRGGGG totally fallen off the wagon

.....just devoured 3 cookies....feeling wicked gross and iritated at myself......I think i need a more strict eating plan to follow as opposed to counting calories...just not cuttin it! All I want to do is go to the gym but have 8th grade recognition night at 5:15......guess I have to wait till tomorrow....then it'll be a week. Guess i can count it as a one week break......
Any suggestions on a diet plan? I've read stuff about TNT and Precision Nutrition....what do you all think?
