Hang in there. It seems a lot of us are trying on different workout loads these days, rearranging things as needed. I'm going with the whatever-makes-me-happy route as long as it doesn't fall too far on the side of either lazy or crazy. Anything in between, in the land of sanity, should get me to where I'm going.
