I bike to work everyday, oftentimes two trips a day, and while there am on my feet training people for hours.

And I still manage to grow and get stronger.

Come to think of it I've seen athletes running on a field or cycling around a track, and they train and somehow have a good amount of muscle. double

Don't fall for the old bodybuilder better not walk around the block or you won't grow bullshit.
