good lifting day today. got up at 8 am rode my bike to the gym in the sunshine
1x oly bar squat 12
1 x oly bar + 10 kg, how heavy is the oly bar?
2x 12 seated rows 5 on the machine
2 x 12 pushups with bar at just below hip height, thesse felt tough today
step ups 2x12 7kg
1x10 jacknifes with ball under shins instead of ankles, then 1 x 8 serious wobbles
food water, protein shake with milk and banana, off to a bbq later, so will try and eat clean, and stay off the alcohol..
