Shoulders/Abs

Seated DB Press -3x8 -55

Seated Bent-Over Lateral Raises 3x8-45

OA Lateral Raises 3x12-25

Hanging Leg Raises 3x15

Incline Sit-Up 3x25

Burn out with Lateral Raises

Shoulder was bothering me so I went down in weight to 55s for Presses so as to not risk injury. Hopefully by next week I'll be healed up and good to go. Legs tommorrow.
