Yesterday did a 45 min walk in the AM and in the PM I darn near killed myself at the gym. At the end of this workout my whole body was shaking. I feel beat but good this morning. I now have 3 full rest days in order to rebuild a bit and I really need it. I bonked on the ab superset I think I am just not resting it enough between workouts.
Weight is still set to 95lb for me due to hurt ankle. That is okay reps are high and I am feeling it still
