The good news is that when it's hot you don't want to eat as much. I know that's fer sure! I was driving home from sweaty Pilates in my sweaty car in 92 degree weather and I thought about all the fattening stuff I had eaten in the past two days and wanted to puke

I think that's why I lose in the summer. All I want is a salad
Great work on the workouts. I agree with getting more NEAT in instead. I used to discount the importance of it, but now I sees the light

I think it's awesome that you consider it in your day and work to get it higher. Very cool
