Todays Workout
Intervals 4 1 min work 2 min rest btwn - ran /walk
(still have the treadmill at 7 on my sprint - that is fast for me...)
Steady State 20 min - elliptical
I have a cranky achey 18 month old who got shots today....no time to linger
