According to Leigh's maintenance manual (and she said it's ok to do during FL also), it can wipe the slate clean, account for any slips you've had, clean out any crap floating around that you overate or... something like that

! She says it's a key to making maintenance easy in general... about 1000-1200 kcal (for women - more for men).
We'll see!
Other news - the scale was (cue drumroll...) - DOWN another 1.5# today. It's going in fits and starts, but the overall trend is awesomely downward - even with TTOTM due in a day or so...
