Back from karate... very tough workout... drenched through and through (partly also cuz he didn't have the dang a/c on yet!). NO workout tomorrow. I promise.
Tomorrow's plan - where's the protein?... there's tuna, the string cheese (8g in 60 kcal), Greek yogurt (15g in 110 kcal)... I'll add some more in somewhere (chicken or something). Thanks for the suggestions!

I think Jessica has it right to some extent - this isn't a "typical" day, just trying to figure out what fills me up and takes longest to eat, has the most volume, so I can attempt this day. I'm making no promises that I'll actually stick it out. Just trying out the idea... If DH orders pizza (again!) and eats it in front of me, all bets may be off


. If I can't get through the day at work without killing someone, I'll eat a bit more and maybe try again at some point in the future.
I'm not very good with being super hungry. I can be crabby enough with only mild hunger! This is me (as a kitty, not my current hamster-self) when I'm hungry (click to see it bigger).
