Sounds smart to me. It's like fat loss and muscle gain at the same time - you could get there faster picking just one at a time, right? Fix the wrist, then do WSFL.

I just found out (or realized - duh!) that one of the kids I work with has bodpod access at UA. He said he would let me do it, so now I just have to pin down a time for him to let me in! It's summer session now, so the schedules / hours are totally erratic around that department... unfortunately...
