I do chew gum sometimes, but too much upsets my stomach... and I thought Tootsie pops are 80-ish cals?
Mostly, I can't do sugar... I was doing the 60 kcal packs of m&m's, but once I get that pure sugar in, I get on a roll in a bad direction... best to skip the sugary stuff for me

I do 30 grams of PP, 1 cup of skim milk, and 1 tbsp. of nesquick powder. Shake and drink. I have been considering slightly less milk and the frozen banana pieces I have in the freezer, but I'm too lazy to clean the blender!

If I'm using my custom blend PP I use 20grams of it and 10 grams of BSN vanilla or choco coconut because it's got a lot of casein in and it has a strong, kind of bitter, flavor. But everything else is the same.
I just looked and the pops are 60 cals. I hear you on the sugar thing. It's how I am with the fries. One fry = the plate full or just being miserable that I can't have more. I watched three guys put away a full plate of chicken nachos at lunch yesterday and didn't have one bite. Then two of them had fries and I was still good. The further I get, the easier it is.
(I hear you on the M&Ms, btw. The peanut ones are like crack to me!

)
I can do the dove promises because I leave the bag out of site and I only take one or two at the end of the day. The ones I have - carmel - are 40 cals each. I usually have them with a cup of decaf coffee, so the coffee contrasts their sweetness and by the time I have two I'm sick of sweet already. I can't have them earlier in the day, though, because once I get started on sweet or salty, I can't stop, so I save it for the end when I'm not really that hungry anyway.
