Thanks - I have been adding olive oil to my veggies & eating more avocados. I think I need to add some fat to my breakfast - currently it's pretty low fat, that way I don't have to work so hard the rest of the day to get it in. mmm bacon.

But seriously, I think I'll add some nuts or something to my breakfast.
