Quads, Hams, Calves, Triceps, Lower Back, Biceps, Lats, Forearms, Shoulders, Back-x30seconds
20 Push-Ups, 20 Squats after stretching.
2-DAY PREP DONE
Tommorrow begins the maelstrom of lifting.
