Another workout, today. I'm pretty much just winging it with a push, a pull, a lower body lift, then misc + shoulder stuff. New plan coming up in the next day or so. Hopefully, the new Flex is in the mailbox when I get home...

A1, Rack Pulls (below knee), 225x10, 275x8, 315x6, 315x4
A2, MB Pushups, 15/12
B1, Renegade Rows (KBs), 53lbs, 8/7/6/6
B2, KB Depth Pushups, 12/10/10/8
C, KB Swings, 53lbs, 3x25 x each hand
Band pullaparts, face pulls, external rotations, etc.
