Hungry sucks.

I've gotten through that using carrots and celery and cups of hot herbal tea. You can pretty much eat and drink as much of that as you can stand without having a big impact on anything. Protein powder shakes are also not a bad snack at about 100 calories and 20-some grams of protein.

Frequent eating works really well.

When all else fails, that gnawing feeling just reminded me that I was on track and hitting my goals.
