question on fat loss III workout B
it has me doing step ups twice. for the first giant set it says 10-12 reps. and on the second giant set it says 20 reps. does that mean 20 each leg or 10 on each side. becuase on Workout A it told me to do lunge with side bend and in the info it told me if your shooting for 20 reps do 10 on each side, so i wonder does the same apply for the step ups. and also i try to change the steps as well such as i use dumbells for 10-12 and on the second part i used a barbell of 90lbs.
