That sees the end of the TNT workout.
Thoughts
Positives- Happy I made it all the way through
- I think I may come back to do the advanced routine in the future.
Negatives- It took far too long, constancy/self destructing has always been an issue for me
- Fluctuating diet meant I didn't get the results I wanted.
The Summit can't come quick enough for me, I'm thinking of doing a full year of NROL so will be looking to pick the brains of the NROL experts (having Lou there will be great and Mahler's guidance will be invaluable also.)
I've been a sucker for buying programs/books because I am interested in the subject but then end up flitting between programs. I'm fairly certain that I’ll be cutting down on my purchases and sticking with what I know will get the results long term.
