I have. Although I've changed things around quite a bit over the past five years, in the past two years, I've been primarily low carb when I try to lose fat.

Maintenance is easy for me. I can do it without a problem. I've sort of maintained for almost a year now, having started with my dieting about five years ago. I workout a lot and pretty hard, too. I have no energy issues, either.

Personally, I don't think it has much to do with being low carb, though. That's just the eating style that I find satisfying, healthy, and convenient. Anyone who wants to maintain should be able to find a diet that they can stick with But they have to want to maintain. Just like anyone can lose if they want to.
