In my first comment, I had a whole thing typed up about 95% of diets leading to failure anyway. It's rarely the diet, it's the person's will to diet.
Will the average guy off the street gain it back. Probably. You're right.
Will the average guy who's already been
successfully and consistantly dieting for a good amount of time gain it back after using this diet? Probably not. They've already passed the test of whether they have the will to diet or not.
