Well........even the best laid plans fail!! It's just my week.......lol So, we went to the new Japanese restaurant and I order 2 Spicy Tuna Rolls. When they came out, it wasn't my nice piece of raw tuna and some veggies inside the roll w/ the rice. Instead it was shredded tuna mixed with a spicy mayo dressing......wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh h!!!



So, I only ate one of the rolls and DH talked me into ordering something else. I ordered the shrimp and cucumber roll and made sure there was no mayo of any kind.......and brought the other spicy tuna roll that I didn't eat, home with me for the weekend.
I still have to drink a protein shake, but these are my counts for today. I know I'm low on calories, but that's for the incidentals in the sushi that I'm not sure about. I did find counts for the tuna/mayo type roll online, but I'm saving some calories, just in case.

Tomorrow is high protein, high fat, and low carb day. We have a meeting after school at a local brewery and I'm thinking happy hour hot wings and iced tea, are going to fit the bill!!! LOL
