05/22

Still been working out in my backyard with rocks, tree limbs, agility drills, and long distance running. Also went deep sea fishing yesterday for about 10 hours which is a workout enough. Today I moved back into UCONN for the summer, so I have access to a gym again! I decided to workout before I moved all my shit into the new place so I didn't have my lifting journal, ipod, etc, it was all packed up.

heres what I did:

Heavy DB holds
-skipped this today, forearm got enough of a workout from fishing all day yesterday and have a bruise or two from all the heavy rocks and firewood I have been working on in the backyard workouts.
