Got caught up on sleep and feeling much better today..'cept for certain itchy spots

Today's workout.

NROL4W Stage 4B 4/4

Warm up

5 minutes elliptical, ADW, 2x5e kneeling kick back, 2x5 bench dips, 10x45 bent over rows, 8ex20 conc. curls, 8ex20 hammer curls

Deadlift

8x135, 8x155, 8x165

BSS

3x8ex20e

Lat pulldown, kneeling

3x8x140

Rev lunge with fwd reach

3x8ex20e

Smith machine push ups

3x10

Dragon flags

3x8xBW

Swiss ball crunches

3x20xBW

5 sprints of HIIT for 15 minutes.
