Okay, so the hangover finally departed on Tuesday and I definitely got out and busted my ass. It's beautiful here today and I'm just waiting for Geno to come home and take me to dinner. A win-win!

My sister discovered this hellish set of stairs, so we drove over there and did some serious stair running. It is this creepy concrete set that runs up a giant hill and there's 12 flights with 10 steps per flight. In total, we ran 15 laps with breaks in between of walking, lunging up the hill, and trying to put out the fire in our quads!

High HR noted was 172, which for me is really dang high.
Wednesday Workout:
Got outside and enjoyed the beautiful morning doing some upper body work with resistance bands wrapped around a tree. (broke two, not because of strength but bad judgement in placement

) Did some rows, curls, chest presses. Didn't count, just did all exercises to failure. Did side lunges up and down the driveway 4x, pendulum lunges 2x, and ran 3 laps doing high knees w/ankle weights and 3 laps doing alt. rear leg extensions. During my leg work, carried an 8-lb. medicine ball in various positions.
Abs: Russian Incline Twists: 2x30 total x 10 lb. m.b.
Reverse Crunch: 2x20x10 lb. m.b.
Side Crunch w/Leg Raise: 2x15e x BW
Forearm Plank: 1x2 mins. 23 secs.
Got back out this afternoon for some sprints (with the same evil sister who found the stairs

). We ran 16 100-yard sprints with 150 yards of walking recovery. Came back to the house and finished up with 10 minutes of punching a heavy bag.
