Well, don't have much to post today. Decided to go out with some friends Saturday night and forgot that I can't drink like I did 90-some odd pounds ago.

My scale is a cruel bastard and I'm nursing a 2-day hangover. I attempted some measley work today and did manage some semi-heavy upper body sets: Curls, Supine Tricep drops, Shoulder/Chest Presses, Rows, and some ab work, but I didn't have the strength to really work at weights I should have. On the cardio front, I broke into a slow trot and had to quickly abort after my brain threatened to erupt within my skull. I'm praying to the fitness Godesses that tomorrow I wake up with the energy of an army and can make up for some bad decision-making and a lost opportunity of a workout. I'm planning a Tuesday filled with physical extremes and will relish any ounce of pain that replaces this awful vodka-induced FUBAR thing I'm rockin' right now.
