I'm more likely to make tuna burgers than tuna salad. Got something to write with? It's a little complicated:
1 can tuna (in water), drained
1 egg
Mix. Toss into hot, greased skillet. Flip when bottom is firm enough to hold the patty. When patty is firm and not squishy, remove from heat. Garnish as desired (works as a "burger" or a "steak"). Voila.
