Hey thanks for stopping by! Your workouts look great - very strong! The only thing I don't enjoy about working out at home is the lack of a cable machine so I have no idea what weight I could be doing with lat pull downs.
p.s. I love Panera! When I was in college and knew I was going to be in studio 12+ hours I would stop and get 3 bagels - breakfast lunch and dinner. Just another unhealthy thing I did in college!
