Thanks! Just make sure you go into the deep-tissue/Shiatsu massage knowing that you will be a little sore for about 36 hours. BUT, once that soreness subsides, it feels great. I have a noticeable difference in my flexibility and also felt a lot looser while I was running. A wonderful thing, ideed!
