Because if I don't I will literally sit on my ass. I plan for easy crap every day to get me up and moving. Mobility, yoga, short bursts of cardio. Essentially just moving around, but in a quantifiable way that also helps me improve my overall conditioning and get me closer to my goals.
It's really not as hard-core as it sounds. Kinda unfortunately, I feel, but I realize that my life has changed and I'm not the super active person who could eat anything I once was. But I'm trying not to be an "always in front of the computer lard ass" either. Middle ground would be nice.
