No not too much information at all. This is all fascinating to me right now as well. Like you I do not do well on too low carbs and like you I am an apple with not a lot of weight to lose. I just want to shift around a bit what I have.

I do not seem to get hungry after interval training though which is a good thing. Still I do it much less than ss cardio. It just isn't as much fun but there are great benefits in it for me on my ss runs. Since I have started hill sprints I have much better endurance on my longer distance runs. Still don't fully understand how this all ties into me personally and how my body burns and uses fuel but the journey of the learning isi quite fun.
