Hey Ryan! Thanks for popping in!

Now, help a sister out... I've only been doing this since the beginning of January. What's the high block position, and how can I be sure that I reach full extension???

Manny
, I don't know if I'm just not being aggressive enough, if I'm still trying to learn the right neuromuscular patterns, or what.... I'm still relatively new to all this and it seems like the way I'm positioning myself keeps changing (usually for the better) every couple of weeks, y'know? I do know that your advice about getting my chest up and my butt down helped quite a bit. I have a ginormous session tomorrow (Jim's at the Oly trials this weekend so it's just me n' the bar) and I'll try to work on this stuff.

When I get my garage set up... look out.
