Day 4 done. I switched the workouts: I switched today's cardio/intervals with tomorrow's lifting/brief intervals so that I could give my legs one more day of rest. Lifting went well, and I did better in the 3 rounds of 2 min. intervals--legs were a little less sore. Now I have 2 days of cardio in a row coming up.
On Monday, I did my lifting/intervals in the evening. Tuesday I did cardio early in AM and same for yesterday and today's lifting/intervals. Both yesterday and today I was extremely hungry all day. I figure it is due to the intense workouts in the morning. Definite change from the full feeling I had all day Mon. and Tue.
