I'm sticking to the old adage about "Making hay while the sun shines." Figure I should take advantage of the high-energy/motivation combo., PLUS I'm going next week for the BF% testing with Ginger and I want to trade every bit of fat for muscle mass I can. . .every .00001% of lean muscle I can eek out will be worth it.
