I swam again today. I really beat the snot out of myself. I also figured out some improvements in my technique that allowed me to breath better. That had a lot to do with it.

I had a big why me moment while I was waiting in the hot tub for one of the aqua aerobics ladies to vacate a lane. Tearing myself up like that did me some good. I didn't feel so pathetic.
