Reverse Lunge from Box with Reach 1X10X15; 1X10X20
Dumbbell Prone Cuban Snatch 1X10X5e; 1X10X10e
SB Crunch 2X15XBW with feet elevated
Reverse Crunch 2X15
Lateral Flexion on SB 2X15e
Prone Cobra 1X90; 1X65
Then 15 minutes HIIT, RUNNING on the treadmill. Running is not something I am used to doing. I can not believe my body is capable of doing this! WooT!
Tonight I did another interval run for 30 min, but wasn't HIIT.
Didn't get measurements taken this past Sunday, so we'll just wait and do it this Sunday!
