Eliminating that dressing will go a long way to your sodium cut-back.
Also, I love frozen shrimp for adding protein to meals - I think the price is similar to fake crab and it is not full of extra sugar (yeah, imitation crab is made from fish, but also from corn starch and other strange things).
Plus the frozen shrimp is about half the sodium:
