I did this circuit 3 times through.
Y-Squat x 15
PushUp x 15
Body Rows x 15
Planks @ 30 sec
Lunges x 12/each leg
Jumping Jacks x 60
30 Sec rest then repeat
Total Time 15:50
Followed up with 5 min on bike cool down
