Hello Southwest-rider!
Sometimes things just happen.. I was lifting pretty heavy doing NROL (Fat Loss II) when I strained my back doing yard work too. I was put on Flexeril and Naproxen. I was out for a whole month. Not that it hurt, the pain actually subsided in about two weeks but I was scared to lift anything. I do the Mackenzie exercises for the lower back and they really help. I switched to NROL4W and started lifting light. I'm hoping that at the end of the 12 workouts in stage 1, I'll be totally recovered.
It really sucks to start from zero but hey, it's your health what matters.
