I'm about 1/2 through Hypertrophy 1 right now and still love the program. I have made some pretty significant improvements and really like the way I'm starting to look. Two things I would offer. One, I don't know how heavy you were lifting during the break-in program but don't feel like you have to kill yourself, especially if it's been awhile. That was pretty hard for me because I went from having a 1RM on the squat of around 250 lbs (not the greatest, but not horrible) about 1 1/2 years ago to squatting 95 pounds and feeling like I was going to puke. But it didn't take long to get back into shape.

Secondly, if you are injured, don't feel bad for taking off 1/2 a week or even a week if you need to. I know it sucks because you are motivated and want to get this thing going but you can't do it if you are injured. Probably the hardest part for me has been taking the breaks between programs. I was especially worried about the 2 week break between FL2 and Hyper 1 but "luckily" I ended up getting sick for a week so I took the break

Check my log (in my signature) if you want to see how it went for me. I try and keep a fairly decent log.
