Thanks for starting this log - I think I'm gonna have to do my own, too, as I'm absolutely nose-deep in Leigh's book and ready to grab my metabolic reins again.
One quick question - what is the ~1475 calorie level like for you, relative to when you were training? Is that low, high, normal...?
I just calc'ed my numbers and found that my first two rest weeks will be at 1075. Oh, my, eek.
