Fat Loss II A (30 sec) (-15sec)
Front Squat 3 x 8 @75# (+5)
W.G. Seated Row 3 x 8 @ 85#
Supine Hip Ext w/leg curl 3 x 8 @bw
Barbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8 @ 60# (+10)
Dynamic Lunges 3 x 8 @ 50#
Russian Upper Body Twist 3 x 8 @ 9lb Med ball
