Default Made it to FLI, now I have to stop I think :(

So I finally got around to doing NROL again, I say again because when I first got the book I started and quickly fell off.
But now I have restarted the program and I must say, must be that I have a different mind set or something, but I am loving it.
Break in was an eye opener, and lunges suck!!!
But I think doing too many sets of DL and Squats (3sets of 15DL's and Squats on a very weak core) along with some serious digging in my back yard for landscaping strained my abdominals. At first I thought it might have been an hernia, but after a week of continuing with the program I didn't notice anything as far a bulge or an increase in pain, so maybe it is a strain; as it stands, I think the best option right now is to back of for the remainder of the week and continue with second week of FLI again next monday. I am hoping that it was a strain and not a hernia, otherwise who knows how long I could be out.
I guess thats what happens when you ask too much of a weak core
If anyone out there has had a similar experience or any comments or tips for a newb, I would love to hear about them.
Thanx for stopping by.
