twistedneck-I honestly don't know about the study, I just figured it had to do with diet, but it seemed like a pretty bold statement to say that you won't lose any muscle whatsoever.
LaraT/Defiant-Thanks for the info about the program, I'm sure it will get some people great results, but I've purchased a few programs in the past that had alot of info that I already had read about or understood. I think thats the awesome thing about the internet, between all the fitness minds out there, there's not a whole lot of "new" concepts out there, if you know where to look.
