Forza, to answer your question, I don't think the program is ground breaking by any means. In fact, I was a bit surprised when I first saw the workouts, not because they are lacking by any means, its just that I expected so much more.
The program has a pretty detailed 28 day nutrition plan broken down into different weight classes. Which is great for people who are able to follow their menu 100%, but could be confusing and difficult to those who may need to personalize it a great deal.
